I recently had a problem where I needed to reconfigure my security settings, particularly Microsoft Authenticator for my guest / external account within a customers Azure Active Directory. You may have similar accounts if you have invited to contribute in Microsoft Teams within another organisation.

After buying a new phone I needed to change the device I was using to authenticate but had a problem trying to find where to achieve this for my guest account. I found a fix for this as below. First login to https://myaccounts.microsoft.com (1) with your organisations details. Next click the network icon (2) and select the external organisation (3) that you need to modify your security settings for. Now select info from the left menu (4).

You will now be able to modify your security settings for your guest / external account as required.
