I am honored and extremely excited to say that I have been named as a vExpert for the first time in 2017. The vExpert program isn’t an award for knowledge but awards those that have have demonstrated significant contributions to the community and a willingness to share their expertise with others.
Congratulations to the fellow vExperts that have been awarded in 2017. This has also been a very exciting year for the ComputerWorld team as my colleague, Barry Coombs has been named a vExpert for the seventh year running. See the full list of vExperts 2017.
I personally have found the past year extremely helpful to further my knowledge by being actively involved in the community through VMUG events, blogging and on social media (@BizTechMeg). I am looking forward to continuing my journey within technology during 2017 and contributing more to the community.
