What a fantastic way to kick off 2025! We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we’ve been named a finalist in the British HR Awards 2025! We find ourselves in the running as one of just five contenders for the Technology Company of the Year category!
It’s genuinely an honour to be acknowledged in such a fiercely competitive field. This nod really puts a spotlight on the fantastic work our team has been doing. And let’s be honest, it’s our incredible team that makes Kascade shine—this recognition is all about them!

We’ve revamped our working practices, expanded our team to better align with these new strategies, and overhauled our policies and benefits packages. Following our recognition (for the second year in a row) in 2024 as a ‘Great Place to Work’, and making it into the top 100 for wellbeing AND tech, this finalist spot just tops it all off! It’s a proud moment for us to see our team getting the recognition they so richly deserve.
